I began training in Tae Kwon do at the age of 7 years and am
now a 4th Dan Black Belt. I am a fully Qualified T.A.G.B Instructor with over 10 years teaching experience,I
am also first aid trained and a qualifed Umpire and Referee with the T.A.G.B.
I am still active in competition on
the T.A.G.B tournaments around the U.K and been fortunate enough to win medals and trophies along the way in both patterns
and sparring. I also competed at the 2005,2007 and 2010 Taekwondo International Open World Championships.
